1. Agreement Overview
This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Fahyure, LLC. ("Fahyure", "we", "us", or "our") and the customer ("you" or "Client") for the provision of mobile car wash services. By scheduling or receiving services from Fahyure, LLC., you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
2. Service Definitions
Fahyure, LLC. provides professional mobile car wash and detailing services. Below are detailed descriptions of each wash package and optional add-on service currently offered:
2.1 Wash Packages
Single Wash
A one-time, exterior-only car wash service. This package includes a thorough hand wash of the entire vehicle exterior using pH neutral soap and microfiber cloths, targeted wheel cleaning to remove brake dust and road grime, a complete hand drying process to prevent water spots, and professional cleaning of exterior windows for improved visibility and appearance.
2 Washes Per Month Subscription
A monthly subscription service that includes two scheduled car washes per month. Each wash consists of the same high-quality services provided in the Single Wash package. Clients benefit from the convenience of automatic billing and guaranteed availability for two appointments per month. This subscription offers a 15% savings compared to purchasing two individual washes.
4 Washes Per Month Subscription
A premium monthly subscription providing up to four scheduled car washes per month. This package includes all services offered in the Single Wash package, performed weekly. It also includes automatic billing for hassle-free payments and priority scheduling, which ensures clients receive preferred appointment slots during high-demand periods. This subscription offers a 25% savings compared to four individual washes.
Add-On Services
Shine & Protect Triphene Coating ($20)
A premium-grade, exterior surface coating designed to protect your vehicle’s paint while enhancing shine. The Triphene Coating is applied after the exterior wash and forms a protective barrier that offers long-lasting gloss, shields against harmful UV rays, repels water, and defends against environmental contaminants. Ideal for clients looking to maintain showroom-quality shine between washes.
Interior Shine ($10)
An interior detailing service aimed at restoring the freshness and aesthetic of your vehicle’s cabin. This service includes wiping down hard surfaces on the interior of the vehicle including the dashboard, console, and door panels, plastic, and vinyl surfaces. It removes dust while leaving a clean, treated finish with a non-greasy feel.
Interior Vacuum ($10)
A comprehensive light vacuuming service that targets all interior areas of the vehicle. This includes vacuuming of the seats (fabric or leather), floor mats, carpeted flooring, trunk space, and all major crevices (such as between seats, under seats, and door pockets). This service helps eliminate debris for a cleaner cabin environment. This service is best for Clients that keep their vehicle clean and need light vacuuming in the interior of the vehicle to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle. Vacuuming should take a maximum of 10 minutes. The client needs to provide a power outlet into which the vacuum can be plugged into.
Heavy Vacuum ($25)
This enhanced vacuuming service is intended for vehicles with excessive interior debris such as large amounts of dirt, pet hair, crumbs, or sand. It includes prolonged and repeated passes over all seating surfaces, floor areas, trunk, and hard-to-reach crevices. Ideal for clients whose vehicles have not been cleaned in a long time or frequently transport children, pets, or construction equipment. Vacuuming should take a maximum of 25 minutes. The client needs to provide a power outlet into which the vacuum can be plugged into.
This service may be required if our technicians determine that the standard Interior Vacuum add-on is insufficient due to the condition of the vehicle. Clients will be notified in advance of any required upgrades.
"Something Blew Up In My Car" ($40)
This service is heavy vacuuming that cannot be covered within the 25 minutes time interval of heavy vacuuming.
This service may be required if our technicians determine that the standard Heavy Vacuum add-on is insufficient due to the condition of the vehicle. Clients will be notified in advance of any required upgrades.
Pricing starts at $40 and may vary depending on severity and labor required. Photos may be requested in advance. Fahyure, LLC. reserves the right to refuse this service if the condition of the vehicle poses a health or safety risk.
Additional Information Regarding Vacuuming
All vacuuming-related services provided by Fahyure LLC—whether standard or add-on—are limited strictly to the use of a commercial-grade vacuum for the removal of loose dirt, dust, crumbs, and similar debris from interior surfaces. This includes floor mats, carpeting, trunk areas, and major crevices.
Fahyure LLC does not provide heavy interior detailing services commonly offered by traditional car detailing businesses. Specifically, our vacuuming services do not include:
Shampooing of carpets or upholstery
Stain removal of any kind
Cleaning or removal of pet waste, animal feces, or bodily fluids
Odor elimination or deodorizing treatments
Mold or mildew remediation
Fabric or seat extraction
Clean-up of spilled beverages, food, or other substances considered hazardous or biohazardous
Clients requiring these specialized services should consult a professional interior detailing or restoration provider. In some extreme cases, Fahyure, LLC. may recommend or require the upgrade to the "Something Blew Up In My Car" service; however, even that service is subject to limitations and may not address deep restoration or health-related concerns.
Fahyure, LLC. reserves the right to decline service if the condition of a vehicle exceeds our scope of capabilities or poses a risk to health, safety, or equipment.
3. Scope of Service
Fahyure, LLC. offers mobile car wash and quick detailing services at your location. The exact services performed will be based on the package you select during booking.
4. Client Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete information regarding the service location, vehicle, and access instructions.
You agree to remove all personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive materials from the vehicle prior to the start of service.
It is strongly recommended that Clients utilize security cameras or be present during service for added security.
5. Employee Responsibilities
Fahyure LLC is committed to providing high-quality service through trained and professional staff. The responsibilities of our employees during any scheduled service include the following:
Punctuality and Professionalism
Employees are expected to arrive on time within the scheduled appointment window and conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner at all times.Uniform and Identification
All Fahyure LLC staff will arrive in clean attire appropriate for service and will be identifiable as company representatives. Clients may request verification before granting access to private property.Service Execution
Employees are responsible for performing only the services that have been booked and paid for through the official Fahyure LLC platform. No additional or unapproved services will be performed on-site without prior authorization.Pre- and Post-Service Vehicle Documentation
As part of our quality assurance and liability protocol, employees are required to take extensive photo documentation of both the interior and exterior of the vehicle prior to beginning any service. Upon completion of the service, employees will again take detailed photos of the interior and exterior to document the final condition of the vehicle. These photos are used for internal recordkeeping and may be referenced in the event of a service dispute or damage claim.Respect for Client Property
Staff members will take reasonable care while working around customer property and vehicles. However, employees are not permitted to enter locked areas or buildings without express permission and are instructed to avoid handling personal belongings found in or around the vehicle.Safety and Conduct
Employees are trained to prioritize safety and cleanliness during all service procedures. They reserve the right to stop or cancel a service if unsafe conditions exist, or if they are made to feel uncomfortable or threatened.No Solicitation or Personal Requests
Employees are strictly prohibited from soliciting tips, engaging in personal side services, or performing tasks outside of their scope of duty while representing Fahyure LLC.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
Fahyure LLC's services are expressly limited to the offerings described in Section 2 and do not include deep interior detailing. We are not liable for unsatisfactory results related to services that are beyond our scope, including but not limited to: odor removal, stain extraction, fabric or seat shampooing, removal of biohazards, or remediation of mold, mildew, or pet waste.
Vacuuming services are strictly limited to the use of a vacuum to remove loose dirt and debris. Fahyure LLC is not responsible for any expectations beyond this scope, and clients acknowledge that deeper cleaning may require a specialized interior detailing provider.
We are not responsible for any property loss, damage, or theft that may occur in enclosed service areas, including but not limited to garages, driveways, or other private premises. Any such incidents are considered civil matters and must be reported to and handled by the appropriate local law enforcement authorities. Fahyure, LLC. will cooperate with any official investigation upon request, but bears no liability for outcomes related to such matters.
While our staff exercises care and professionalism, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues that may become apparent during or after cleaning (e.g., paint damage, loose trim, rust, etc.).
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Missed appointments or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $15 fee.
8. Inclement Weather
In cases of extreme weather (rain, snow, etc.), Fahyure LLC may reschedule services for safety and quality purposes. Clients will be notified via phone or email in advance.
If a client has agreed in advance to provide access to an indoor garage for service during inclement weather, that garage space must be available and accessible at the time of the scheduled appointment. If the garage is unavailable upon arrival, Fahyure LLC reserves the right to cancel the appointment and issue a $25 cancellation fee to cover the time and travel expenses of our employee(s).
9. Payment
All payments must be made through our official website at the time of booking.
No service will be performed unless payment has been received in full prior to the scheduled appointment.
Cash or in-person payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
10. Damage Claims
Any claims of service-related damage must be reported to Fahyure, LLC. within 24 hours of the service.
Claims must include detailed photos and a description.
Fahyure, LLC. reserves the right to investigate and assess all claims before determining responsibility.
12. Right to Refuse Service
Fahyure LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time, at our sole discretion, under any of the following circumstances:
The vehicle is deemed unsafe to service due to factors such as excessive rust, unstable components, broken glass, or mechanical issues that may pose a risk to staff or equipment.
The client exhibits disrespectful, aggressive, or threatening behavior toward Fahyure staff, either in person or via communication channels. Verbal abuse, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the appointment without refund.
The working environment is unsanitary, hazardous, or poses health or safety risks, including but not limited to exposure to animal waste, biohazards, toxic substances, extreme clutter, or unsafe physical conditions at the service location.
The service location is inaccessible, illegal to operate in, or lacks proper permissions, such as private property without confirmed access, blocked garages, or unapproved commercial zones.
Repeated last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or failure to comply with service policies may also result in suspension or refusal of future service.
Fahyure LLC staff are trained to make these determinations on-site and are authorized to stop service immediately if any condition jeopardizes safety, legal compliance, or professionalism.
13. Prohibited Items and Client Liability
To ensure the safety of our employees and the quality of service provided, the following items must not be present in the vehicle at the time of service:
Firearms, ammunition, or other weapons
Flammable or combustible materials
Illegal substances or paraphernalia
Hazardous chemicals or materials
Medical waste or biological hazards
Items contaminated with mold, mildew, pests, or bodily fluids
This list is not exhaustive. Fahyure LLC reserves the right to halt or decline service if any items are discovered that are deemed unsafe, hazardous, or inappropriate by our team, at our sole discretion.
If such items are identified, service will be immediately discontinued, and a cancellation fee or hazard mitigation fee may apply.
The client may be held liable for any damages, health risks, or safety concerns resulting from the presence of prohibited items. This includes, but is not limited to, the cost of cleanup, potential staff exposure, or equipment damage.
Fahyure LLC is committed to maintaining a safe and professional environment. We are always willing to work with clients to address concerns in a respectful and cooperative manner.
14. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Fahyure, LLC. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the service provided.
15. Agreement Changes
Fahyure, LLC. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be made available via our website or upon request.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
