Fahyure LLC (“Fahyure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides mobile car wash and related services through our website (fahyure.com), booking experience (book.fahyure.com), and the Fahyure mobile application (collectively, the “Services”).

Information we collect

We collect information that you provide, that is collected automatically when you use the Services, and from third parties as described below.

Account and profile

Name, email address, phone number, password (stored securely), address information, vehicle details, referral or promotional codes you use, and similar information you submit when you register, book, or manage your account.

Bookings and transactions

Appointment details, service selections, payment-related information (processed by our payment processors — we generally do not store full payment card numbers on our servers), and communications about your orders.

Communications

Messages you send us (including support tickets), SMS verification or notification-related data when you opt in or when we send service messages, and email or push content related to your account or bookings where applicable.

Photos and media

Images you upload in connection with bookings or support (e.g. vehicle photos). Where possible, avoid uploading images with sensitive embedded metadata you do not intend to share.

Device and technical data

Such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, general location inferred from IP, diagnostics, and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

Push notifications (mobile app)

If you grant permission, we may collect and use a push token associated with your device to send service-related notifications. You can disable notifications in your device settings.

Cookies and similar technologies (website)

We and our partners may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on our website for essential operation, preferences, analytics, and — where applicable — advertising or measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
